Recycle Crochet Hook and Knitting Needle Cuff
By Berta Gilholm
All those containers and so
little time! These quickie covers are great for summer work or gifts. I like
them because they’re handy. I did one for crochet hooks and one for knitting
needles. I use the hook pockets for hooks or needles, the inside for
pencils/pens, small rulers/measuring tapes and stitch holders/markers. I also
run my yarn needles through the front side of the cover to keep them handy.
Materials: Any leftover ww #4 yarn will do. I used: Red Heart Super Saver 5 oz. Grey Heather for the crochet hook cover,
Red Heart Super Saver 5 oz. Royal Blue for the knitting needle cover,
Crochet Hook size US I/9, 5.5mm
10 stitch markers or safety pins for marking sewing rows
1 - empty clean plastic icing tub (short for crochet hooks)
1 - empty clean plastic instant drink container (tall for knitting needles)
